Club Summer Social starting at Tuesday August 11th at 6:30 pm |
All members and guests are invited to come to the Club's Summer Social beginning at 6:30 pm. Spouses or significant others are specifically invited. There will food provided (pizza, and softdrinks). Activities will include A Stamp Quiz with prizes to be awarded. Also a midyear Yankee gift swap since we didn't have a chance to have our traditional Yankee gift swap in December. All members are urged to bring a small ($20 suggested value) philatelic gift wrapped up. |

Auction Lots may be dropped off beginning at 6:15 pm. Stamp Trading and Purchases starts at 6:30 pm. Business Meeting Starts at 7 pm folloed by the Club and Member Stamp Auction |
The monthly meeting will be held in the Bruening on the second floor of the Truinity Lutheran Church, 2315 North Parham Road, Richmond, VA. Auction lots must be registered in the log, and placed on the tables for inspection beginning at 6:15. Lots must be registered and logged in by 6:45 pm to be eligible for this auction. The Williamsburg Stamp Club will have representatives with their Sales and Pick Books available beginning at about 6:30 pm. A Short Business Meeting starts at 7 pm. The Club and Member Stamp Auction will begin after the Business meeting. Lots must be paid for after the auction or arrangements made with the Treasurer. All members and prospective members are welcome to attend. |
