Doors Open 6 pm. Auction Lots available for inspection at 6:15 pm. Business meeting at 7:00 to include election of Officers for 2027. Stamp auction to Follow. |
The monthly meeting will be held in the Bruening on the second floor of the Truinity Lutheran Church, 2315 North Parham Road, Richmond, VA. Doors open at 6 pm to set up the Stamp Auction. Auction lots must be registered and placed on the tables for inspection beginning at 6:15. Lots may be pre-registered the week before and must be registered and loggedno later than 6:45 pm to be eligible for this auction. The Williamsburg Stamp Club will have representatives with their Sales and Pick Books. Trading Table staffed by Hector Cuevas. The Business Meeting starts at 7 pm which will include election of all Officers for 2027. . The Club and Member Stamp Auction will begin after the Business meeting. Lots must be paid for after the auction or arrangements made with the Treasurer. All members and prospective members are welcome to attend. |

The Annual Holiday party will be held in the Bruening Hall on the second floor of the Trinity Lutheran Church, 2315 North Parham Road, Richmond, VA Doors open at 6 pm for food and a social gathering. The Club will be providing some basic dishes and soft drinks. Please feel free to being a side dish if you so desire. Following dinner and a social hour or so, there will be our traditional Yankee Gift Swap - always a fun and hilarious stamp activity. To participate you must bring a wrapped gift - suitably philatelically themed - without any tags information. The suggested cost is $20 for your gift, but some members coose to go higher to create some year interest in the gift exchange and the "swapping". Use your inmagination as to an appropriate gift! All GRSC members and a guest are welcome and encouraged to come and paticipate in this fun activity free of charge. |
